How do I change or cancel my order?

  • You may change or cancel your order within two hours after placing it. Once the fulfillment process began, it can not be stopped. Please contact our customer service via email at buyer@generalsmile.com immediately. 

Refund Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days once you receive the purchased item. A 100% refund can be claimed within the first 14 days. If the 14 days have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via buyer@generalsmile.com, before returning the item.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Delivery takes 5-7 business days, since our manufacturers are located in different places across the world.
  • For Non-US countries, deliveries can in some rare cases take an extra week 

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order? 

  • We have a large assortment of products from different manufacturers. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next.
